Although there were missed opportunities in my life, I AM grateful for the joyful moments, for having done things that some people would be too terrified to do and or did not have the patience to wait. Today, I read the outcome of the CIA's Twitter feed to vote, "Which part of the process concerns you most? Background Investigation 32%, Disqualifier: Drug Use 31%, and Length of Process 37%."
People who want to apply to the CIA should view the length of the process worthwhile, even if it takes more than a year. If they applied and never got a callback, it should still be rewarding because, on their deathbeds, they would say (think) to themselves that they made an effort to try.
